Using AgLogic Aldicarb in Florida?

To use an AgLogic aldicarb product in Florida for cotton and peanuts, growers and applicators must fill out an Application for a Permit to Apply Aldicarb from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

AgLogic, LLC is firmly committed to the conscientious use and stewardship of AgLogic® brand aldicarb pesticide, to ensure the continued long-term availability of this valuable pest management product.

AgLogic has developed a comprehensive Stewardship program, to educate sellers and users, and to help them strictly follow label directions, and to prevent misuse of the product.

AgLogic's Stewardship program enables it to track every bag and box of AgLogic products from factory to the channel and on to the licensed end user.

A comprehensive EPA approved Product Stewardship Plan is currently in place. It is a binding agreement with all involved in the distribution, purchase, handling and application of AgLogic® corncob grit 15G and 15GG gypsum formulations.

All participants within the channel must actively support and participate in stewardship efforts. A restricted use applicator license, and completion of a certification course, is required for purchase and use of AgLogic aldicarb pesticide. Some states such as Florida require additional permits to apply aldicarb products. Get certified above.
